Cancellation policy

The German version is legally binding.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reasons. The withdrawal period shall be fourteen days from the day on which you or a person named by you, which is not the carrier who took possession of the goods.

Consequences of revocation

If you cancel this contract, we'll refund you all the payments we've received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs incurred if you have a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and no later than fourteen days from the date on which the notification of: your revocation has been received by us.

For this repayment we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged fees for this repayment.

We can refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, depending on which of the previous Time.
