Conditions of participation: Create your own Holster flavor

As of August 2026. These terms and conditions apply to the Ideas Contest "Invent your Holster variety" in the Holster Shop.

1. Organiser

The organiser is the operator of the Holster shop (for contact details see Legal notice).

2. Participation

Individuals aged 18 and over who are resident in Germany are eligible to participate. A reasonable number of ideas are allowed per person. Employees of the organiser and their relatives are excluded from profit collection.

3. Ideas submission

The submission takes place via the form on the page "Own flavor". Mandatory information is in particular e-mail, mobile phone number as well as the confirmation of age, data protection and these participation conditions. With the submission, you explain that your idea is free of third-party rights and that you have the necessary rights.

4. Use of the idea

With the submission, you grant the organizer a free, time and space unlimited, non-exclusive, transferable right to examine the idea internally, develop it further and, if necessary, implement it as a product or product component. There is no obligation to implement it.

5. Price and chance of profit

Ideas brought into the market can be taken into account for a price, e.g. For example, an Amazon voucher valued at 3.000 €. There is no guarantee on implementation of an idea and no guarantee on a profit. Selection and assignment are at the discretion of the organizer.

6. Privacy policy

To carry out the contest, we process your contact details and the content of the submission. Further information can be found in the Privacy Policy.

7. Exclusion and amendments

The organizer may change, interrupt or terminate the contest at any time, provided that there is a factual reason for this. Legal action is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
