In short: To get started vaping, you need three things: a device (usually a pod system), a suitable liquid and some basic knowledge of nicotine strength and care. The easiest are disposable vapes or pod systems with pre-filled pods; the most flexible are refillable pods, in which you fill 10 ml liquids of your choice. The matching liquid
- Mixing ratio: For pods, mixed liquids with PG/VG 50/50 are common, e.g. B. LIQ IT.
- Nicotine strength: 0 mg/ml is nicotine-free, 20 mg/ml the statutory upper limit. See mg explained and Nicotine salt explained.

First steps without chaos
- Check device and compatible liquids/Pods

- Fill the new pod and let it rest for a few minutes so that the cotton wool is fully sucked
- First trains quiet, not "as hard as possible"
- Watch leaks and coil condition; taste it burned, pod or coil exchange
Maintenance and safety
- Use only the supplied or a matching charging cable, do not charge device unattended overnight.
- Keep liquids child safe and cool.
